Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shift HR Executive to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in recruitment and employee engagement, alongside a comprehensive understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings and onboarding procedures.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases.
- Assist in formulating HR policies.
- Coordinate various employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 1–3 years of HR experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
