Job Description
Compass Training and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Production Manager with at least 3 years of experience in the food manufacturing sector, specifically in ice cream production. This full-time position will oversee night-shift operations at our ice cream production facility, emphasizing workflow, quality, safety, and prompt order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee night-shift operations and manage production schedules.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality protocols.
- Lead and mentor the production team effectively.
- Monitor raw material and finished product inventory levels.
- Troubleshoot production issues to reduce downtime.
- Implement process enhancements to boost efficiency.
