Reports To: Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Purpose: The CRM Lead plays a critical role in managing our CRM platform by ensuring effective customer data management, lead tracking, and vendor registration processes. This position involves updating the CRM, monitoring customer interactions, and providing insightful reporting.

Required Skills: Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in CRM tools, possess strong attention to detail, and exhibit excellent communication abilities.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field is required.
