Job Description
We are looking for a highly qualified Regional Operations Head to manage our operations across various locations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field, with a preference for an MBA. Candidates must possess at least 10 years of experience in operations management, including a minimum of 5 years in a regional leadership capacity.
Exceptional leadership skills, effective decision-making capabilities, and a strong customer-centric approach are crucial for success in this role. Responsibilities include team management, process optimization, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
