Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to perform daily market visits, take customer orders, and coordinate timely fulfillment with the warehouse. Key duties include achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, developing new accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving complaints promptly, monitoring market trends and competitors, and preparing daily visit and sales reports for management.
- Education: Minimum intermediate; bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Experience: 1–2 years in field sales preferred
- Skills: Strong communication and negotiation; target-oriented and self-motivated
- Other: Good knowledge of local routes and customers; must be willing to travel daily
