Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Accountant to manage financial operations for multiple store locations. The role includes daily POS and bank reconciliations, inventory accounting, bookkeeping, and timely month-end close.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and support external and internal audits.
- Coordinate with store managers to monitor shrinkage, control expenses, and enforce financial policies.
- Maintain accurate records and improve procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, 1–3 years of retail accounting experience, proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
