Job Description
Cravings Bakeshop is actively seeking a skilled HR & Operations Manager to oversee our human resources and operational initiatives. This full-time role will report directly to the CEO and is ideal for candidates with a robust background in HR strategies and operational management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate HR strategies and lead recruitment efforts.
- Manage employee relations and oversee training programs.
- Direct daily operations and enhance workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
