Job Description
Dexterz Solutions is thrilled to announce an opening for an HR Executive to be part of our onsite team in Parkview City, Lahore. We are looking for a motivated professional with a minimum of one year of HR experience, particularly in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This full-time position operates on US time zones, from 5 PM to 2 AM PST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee talent acquisition processes
- Post job advertisements and conduct initial interview screenings
- Work collaboratively with team leads to determine hiring needs
- Maintain and organize employee records
- Assist in employee engagement and performance initiatives
Qualifications:
