Job Description
Dexterz Sol is on the lookout for a dedicated and results-oriented Business Development Officer with a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT sales and lead generation. This role is essential for enhancing our global footprint by uncovering new business opportunities, managing client communications, and preparing tailored proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through LinkedIn and freelance platforms
- Develop and submit compelling proposals
- Foster and maintain client relationships
- Collaborate effectively with the technical team
- Manage CRM entries and ensure prompt follow-ups
- Meet monthly outreach and conversion targets
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT business development
- Excellent communication and proposal writing skills
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Willingness to work night shifts (5 PM – 3 AM)
