Job Description
Digital Otters is on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to enhance our vibrant team. This position focuses on converting inbound leads, generating new business through proactive outreach, and fostering robust client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage potential clients via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Transform inbound leads into paying customers.
- Assess client needs to recommend appropriate products/services.
- Accurately document interactions in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in sales or cold calling.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Urdu.
