Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is a premier INBOUND Customer Service Provider (no sales) catering to clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. We operate around the clock and are currently searching for committed candidates with prior experience in inbound customer service, ideally from US or UK campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing customer service inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
- Managing service inquiries, complaints, and daily operational tasks
- Engaging in training sessions and team meetings
- Collaborating effectively as a team member
- Adjusting to various shift schedules to ensure team coverage
Salary: Rs. 65,00 – Rs. 70,00 per month, including benefits.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
