Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is seeking a motivated Cold Outreach Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads by identifying potential property owners and landlords through platforms such as Zillow. Your key duties include initiating outreach efforts, scheduling meetings with the CEO, and managing follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source rental properties on Zillow to generate leads.
- Conduct cold outreach to landlords via phone, email, and text.
- Qualify leads by assessing property suitability and landlord interest.
- Coordinate meetings with the CEO.
- Follow up with leads to improve conversion rates.
- Manage interactions using CRM tools effectively.
