Job Description
We are a leading inbound customer service provider catering to clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. Operating 24/7, we are currently looking for dedicated candidates with prior experience in inbound customer service roles, particularly from US or UK campaigns.
The responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Efficiently managing service inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Participating in training sessions and team meetings.
