Responsibilities include monitoring call center systems, delivering Level 1 software support, and maintaining accurate logs of technical issues.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience. Strong communication skills and a willingness to travel are essential for success in this role.
