Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and reliable individual to join our team as a Chat Support Agent for the night shift at Dr. Bilquis. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficient typing skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
Working Hours: 11 PM – 8 AM
Salary: PKR 30,00 Basic + Commission
