Job Description
Dr. Ziauddin Hospital Clifton Campus is looking for a committed Medical Information Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will hold an Intermediate or Graduate degree coupled with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolving scheduling issues effectively.
- Cataloging documents by name, date, and medical record number (MR#) within our software system.
- Providing accurate clinic schedule information to patients and their families.
- Reporting IT-related complaints as necessary.
This is a full-time position with a rotational shift schedule and mandates in-person attendance.
