Job Description
Dream Developers is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head with a minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively guide a sales and marketing team.
Your key responsibilities will include achieving monthly and yearly sales targets, developing sales strategies, managing relationships with channel partners and clients, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are required.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month. Candidates must be willing to travel locally and possess their own vehicle.
