Job Description

Dubizzle Labs is excited to announce the expansion of our engineering office in Pakistan and we are on the lookout for a dedicated Operations Executive to join our vibrant team of over 400 professionals. In this pivotal role, you will ensure a smooth order management process, upholding our promise of delivering outstanding value to customers across ten countries.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review daily incoming customer orders.
• Coordinate with sellers to ensure timely order acceptance and dispatch.
• Collaborate with logistics for pickups and tracking.
• Proactively follow up on order delays and missing updates.
• Identify bottlenecks to ensure SLA compliance.
• Monitor order statuses within internal systems.
• Address queries from sellers and customers.

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations and order fulfillment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
