Job Description
Eastgate Industries Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for an energetic and results-driven Team Lead to join our Sales Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading the Sales Support team to ensure seamless operations.
- Setting targets and inspiring the team to meet performance goals.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Organizing training sessions to improve team capabilities.
- Collaborating on lead generation, sales strategies, and customer engagement.
- Coordinating with Operations to facilitate smooth service delivery.
- Directly interacting with clients to resolve issues and foster relationships.
Qualifications: BBA or MBA in Marketing or Sales.
Experience: 3-5 years, including 2 years in a leadership role.
