Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Calls Agent to supervise our call center team, maintain high service standards, and improve customer satisfaction through focused coaching and process enhancements.
- Lead and mentor agents; monitor KPIs (AHT, CSAT, SLA) and manage escalations.
- Oversee shift scheduling, optimize call scripts and workflows, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Requirements: at least 3 years in a call center role with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory position, strong communication and problem-solving skills, CRM experience, and flexibility for varied shifts.
