Job Description
Location: Onsite – Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Rotational Shifts)

ENCS Networks is actively seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support to enhance our dynamic team. Key responsibilities include:
- Addressing IT support tickets efficiently
- Troubleshooting Level 1 and Level 2 issues
- Managing and responding to customer inquiries
- Providing support via phone and email channels
- Documenting support activities comprehensively
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of IT support experience
- CCNA Certification (Mandatory)
- Proven problem-solving skills and proficiency in English
- Current residence in Rawalpindi or Islamabad
