Job Description
ENCS Networks, based in Rawalpindi Bahria Phase 7, is actively seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of corporate law experience, a strong foundation in legal compliance, and exceptional negotiation abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate legal documents effectively.
- Provide comprehensive corporate legal advice.
- Manage mergers and acquisitions with expertise.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal matters.
Compensation: Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 monthly
Work Schedule: On-site, 5 days a week, 12 PM to 9 PM
