Job Description
Eocean (PVT) is actively looking for a qualified and proactive Assistant Manager – Corporate Experience. In this pivotal role, you will enhance and steer support operations for our corporate clients, merging exceptional customer experience leadership with data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
– Proficient in CRM/ticketing systems, particularly Odoo.
– A Master’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
– 6-8 years of experience in corporate experience, including 3-4 years in a managerial role.
Responsibilities:
– Lead and oversee the corporate experience team.
– Address escalated customer concerns and enhance support tools.
