Job Description
EpazzTech is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to become a vital part of our Human Resources team in Johar Town, Lahore. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to facilitate the smooth operation of various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily HR operations, maintaining accurate employee records, supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding new employees, addressing employee inquiries, coordinating HR events, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
Qualifications include a high school diploma (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred), over one year of HR support experience, foundational HR knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent organizational skills.
