Job Description
Eplanet Global’s subsidiary, Khaity, is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Care Representative Intern in Karachi. We are seeking a smart, confident, and compassionate individual, preferably female, who possesses exceptional communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Days: Monday to Friday
Position Type: 3-Month Internship with the potential for a Permanent Role based on performance
Stipend: PKR 30,00 during the internship
Qualifications: A minimum of 1–2 years of customer care experience, an empathetic personality, and fluency in both English and Urdu is required.
