Job Description
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee SL BOS operations across the UAE and Bahrain, driving business strategy, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. You will manage cross‑functional teams, allocate resources, oversee budgets and P&L, and ensure timely, high‑quality service delivery. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, implementing process improvements, and coordinating with regional leadership to achieve growth targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 8+ years in operations or service‑line leadership, with multi‑country management experience
- Strong analytical, financial oversight, and people‑management skills
- Fluency in English required; Arabic preferred; regional travel required
