Job Description
We seek a strategic leader to oversee EMEA operations for thermal, renewable, and utility assets. The role will define regional strategy, lead operations and maintenance, manage budgeting and regulatory compliance, and drive asset performance and reliability improvements across borders. You will engage cross‑border stakeholders, ensure HSE excellence, and deliver project and team leadership to optimize costs and uptime.
- Minimum 10 years in power generation or utilities leadership
- Engineering degree with proven project and team management experience
- Strong regulatory, HSE, and financial acumen; fluent in English
- EMEA regional experience preferred; frequent travel across the region required
