Job Description
We are seeking a strategic leader to build and scale our partner ecosystem across EMEA. You will define go-to-market models, identify and close strategic partnerships, drive revenue, and align cross-functional teams to scale programs.
- Develop partner strategy and GTM frameworks; negotiate agreements and manage pipeline.
- Drive revenue, report KPIs, and optimize partner programs for growth.
- Mentor a small team and collaborate with product, marketing, and sales.
- Requirements: 8+ years in business development or partnerships, strong EMEA network, proven track record closing strategic deals, excellent communication, and experience with startups or tech platforms.
