Job Description
EWD Tech, a premier digital solutions provider in Faisalabad, is looking for a qualified Operational Manager to enhance our daily business operations. This vital role focuses on ensuring operational efficiency and driving ongoing improvements across the organization.
Key Responsibilities: You will manage operational processes, coordinate activities across various departments, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), implement cost-saving initiatives, supervise staff, develop operational policies, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements: Candidates should possess over 3 years of experience in operations management, display strong leadership capabilities, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and ideally have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
