Job Description
Experts Communication is looking for a motivated and dynamic Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and sales skills are required for success in this role.
Salary: 35,00 – 50,00 PKR (commensurate with skills and experience)
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
The responsibilities of this position include handling calls professionally, providing customer support, resolving inquiries, and meeting sales targets. Fresh graduates with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply!
