Job Description
Experts Communication is looking for a committed Contact Center Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service position, showcasing exceptional communication, problem-solving, and sales skills.
The salary range for this position is between 35,00 and 55,00 PKR, depending on qualifications and experience. This role is based in North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi, with shifts from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
Key responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, addressing customer inquiries, and meeting monthly sales objectives. We also welcome applications from fresh graduates with strong English communication skills.
