Job Description
Explosion Services is looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Durable Medical Equipment (DME) team. In this role, you will handle phone inquiries, verify insurance information, assist with equipment orders, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for verifying insurance eligibility, educating patients about DME, coordinating with healthcare providers, and managing sensitive patient information.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess a minimum of six months of experience in a healthcare or DME customer service position, demonstrate strong communication abilities, and have a solid understanding of HIPAA regulations.
