Job Description
Explosion Services is on the lookout for a well-organized and personable Receptionist to represent our call center. The ideal candidate will excel in managing front desk duties, welcoming visitors, handling phone calls, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct visitors efficiently.
- Professionally answer and route incoming calls.
- Maintain visitor logs and oversee delivery operations.
- Assist HR and Operations teams during the onboarding process.
Qualifications: High school diploma, prior reception experience, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office are required.
