Job Description
Job Purpose: We are seeking an individual to assist with daily administrative tasks and the upkeep of our office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve refreshments to staff and guests.
- Ensure the cleanliness of office spaces.
- Manage office errands and deliver documents as needed.
- Provide assistance with minor administrative duties.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies.
Requirements: Candidates must have at least a Matric certificate, 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, and demonstrate good hygiene, politeness, and trustworthiness.
