Job Description
Family Builders & Developers seeks motivated Real Estate Consultants to join our sales team. Ideal candidates are client-focused, sales-driven, and enthusiastic; freshers with at least 6 months’ experience are welcome.
- Responsibilities: manage inquiries, conduct model briefings and site visits, handle bookings, documentation and CRM, follow up with buyers, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Requirements: 2–5 years in sales or customer-facing roles preferred, strong verbal communication and basic negotiation skills, confidence, self-motivation, and knowledge of the local property market.
- We offer an attractive commission structure, sales training, on-the-job learning, and career progression to Senior Consultant or Team Lead. Full-time, on-site. Salary: Rs40,00–70,00/month.
