Job Description
Fathom Technologies Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager with substantial experience in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful history of identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business avenues.
- Establish and nurture client relationships.
- Implement strategic sales initiatives.
- Perform comprehensive market analysis.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in Business Development or Sales.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Compensation: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month
