Job Description
The Fauji Foundation is seeking a dedicated Software Support Technician to provide vital technical support to our internal users, ensuring the efficient functioning of our IT infrastructure. This role involves logging user complaints, troubleshooting issues with the Medix System and hardware, and resolving challenges through remote access. You will collaborate with IT professionals to address user concerns and assist in the installation of new hardware, operating systems, and software. Additionally, you will help maintain hardware inventory and tackle networking issues.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess an FSc/FA/Matric with a Computer diploma, along with 2-5 years of experience in network and hardware support.
