Job Description
Finova Labs is excited to announce an opening for a motivated Team Lead for Lead Generation to enhance our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team dedicated to generating high-quality B2B leads that are essential for driving company growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B lead generation along with proven team leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of lead generation specialists.
- Design and implement multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate performance reports.
Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years in lead generation, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.
Location: Al Raazi Road, Karachi | Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Mon-Fri)
