Job Description
Fresh Basket is seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee staff management, product displays, inventory control, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining operational excellence.
Ideal candidates should possess prior retail management experience, preferably in grocery or produce sectors. Strong leadership and organizational abilities, knowledge of fresh produce, and proficiency with inventory management systems are essential. Flexibility to work various shifts is also required.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including medical insurance, a provident fund, and paid annual leave. This full-time position comes with a salary range of Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month, with all work conducted in person.
