Job Description
Future Tech, a renowned mobile phone brand expanding in Pakistan, is actively seeking a skilled Service Logistics Coordinator. This pivotal role connects our service centers, collection points, and customers, ensuring a smooth after-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily phone dispatch and delivery operations.
- Monitor and track phone deliveries and returns.
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their phones.
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing devices.
- Generate and distribute delivery and service status reports.
- Collaborate with customer service and technical departments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics or customer service.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
