Job Description
We seek an Email Marketing Specialist to design, execute, and optimize data-driven email campaigns that boost engagement and conversions.
- Responsibilities: plan segmented campaigns; craft persuasive copy and responsive templates; A/B test subject lines and content; monitor deliverability and analyze performance to improve KPIs.
- Qualifications: minimum 2 years of email marketing experience; proficiency with ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo); basic HTML/CSS; strong copywriting; knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR; ability to collaborate across teams and manage campaigns on schedule.
