Job Description
GenXe Tech is on the lookout for a proactive and confident Call Center Executive to enhance our growing team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, effectively presenting our services, and securing valuable appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls following provided scripts
- Professionally pitch our services to potential clients
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate call logs in our CRM
- Provide constructive feedback to improve scripts
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or lead generation
- Fluency in English with outstanding communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 35,00 to 100,00, depending on experience, along with additional incentives.
