Job Description

We are seeking a reliable Office Boy to support daily office operations by maintaining cleanliness, serving refreshments, running errands, and assisting with basic administrative duties. This position contributes to a well-organized and productive work environment.

• Responsibilities: maintain common areas and workstations, manage waste, serve beverages, photocopy/scan/file documents, handle incoming/outgoing mail, procure office supplies, greet and direct visitors, set up meeting rooms, and coordinate minor maintenance.
• Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; strong communication; attention to detail; effective time management; professional, punctual, and presentable; flexible and able to follow instructions.
