Job Description
GIFT University, located in Gujranwala, Pakistan, is currently looking for an Executive to deliver comprehensive administrative and operational support. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating Zoom meeting links, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and ensuring compliance. Key responsibilities also include maintaining databases, assisting in event organization, and collaborating effectively with students, faculty, and stakeholders.
Qualifications: A minimum of 16 years of education from a university/institute recognized by HEC.
Experience: At least 1.5 to 2 years in administration or management.
Skills Required: Exceptional communication skills, strong operational management abilities, and proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Zoom, and AI tools.
