Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Client Coordinator to join our team in Johar-town, G4. This is a full-time, onsite position with hours from 12 PM to 9 PM. The ideal candidate will act as the primary contact for our clients, ensuring seamless communication and addressing their needs effectively. Responsibilities include following up on client satisfaction, resolving any issues, and promoting engagement while maintaining updated client records in our CRM system. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to meet client expectations.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in client coordination or customer service. Strong communication skills and familiarity with CRM software are required.
