Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Facility Officer to oversee building operations, maintenance, and safety at our site. This full-time position includes a competitive salary and benefits.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems; coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Manage vendor contracts, oversee contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate facility records and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, minimum two years in facilities or maintenance, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work on-site.
