Job Description
Location: Johar Town, Lahore & Gulberg 3, Lahore
Global Nexus Solutions is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our inbound sales team, specifically targeting the USA market. This full-time role requires fluency in English and prior experience with telecom services such as Xfinity and Dish-TV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the USA.
- Assess client requirements to qualify leads effectively.
- Present our Mobile Selling services persuasively.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of sales experience in international telecom.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions.
Compensation: Rs 45,00 – Rs 50,00 per month, plus unlimited commission potential.
