Job Description
Goldengirl Cosmetics is looking for a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 3 to 5+ years of relevant HR experience. Proficiency in HR software and tools, including FLOWHCM, Excel, and MS Office, is required.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining HR policies, managing payroll and benefits, and addressing employee grievances.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month Work Location: In-person.
