Job Description
GROWMORE CALL CENTRE is looking for a dedicated Xfinity Inbound Sales Agent for full-time night shifts, from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM. The successful candidate will manage inbound calls related to billing inquiries, service issues, and provide comprehensive support for Xfinity services. Key responsibilities include resolving billing discrepancies, troubleshooting technical problems, and educating customers about our offerings and promotions. The ideal applicant should have previous experience in Xfinity sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Salary: Rs50,00 – Rs80,00 per month + commissions
- Location: Lahore
- Education: Intermediate (Preferred)
- Experience: 1 year in Xfinity inbound calls (Preferred)
