Job Description
Growmore Call Centre is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated Customer Support Representative. This full-time position operates during night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off. We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs50,00 to Rs80,00 per month, plus commissions that depend on your experience.
Requirements: Candidates with prior experience in Xfinity and Spectrum sales campaigns are preferred. Strong communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in computer applications are essential for this role.
Responsibilities: You will handle inbound calls, resolve billing inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and educate customers about our products and services.
